At Blissful Bites, we ensure that your orders are delivered with the utmost care, partnering only with trusted national couriers like Bluedart, FedEx, and Delhivery. We offer free shipping with no additional charges.

Our cookies are freshly baked upon order, so we do not provide a Cash on Delivery payment option. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, and delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Cancellations & Refunds

We accept order changes or cancellations only if the request is made before the order is shipped. Since our cookies are freshly baked just for you, we cannot cancel or refund orders once they have been dispatched.

If a refund is applicable, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing.

Return Policy

At Blissful Bites, customer satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that something goes wrong, here’s our return policy:

• We accept returns only if you receive a damaged product or if an incorrect item has been shipped to you.

• To request a return, please email us at hello@blissfulbites4u.com within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect or damaged product.

• Our team will review your request, and upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup at a mutually agreed time.

• Once the returned item is received and passes our quality checks, we will process your refund via the original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within one (1) week after we receive the returned product.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Note:
Please double-check your phone number, address, and pincode while placing your order. If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping details, re-shipping will be done at an additional charge of ₹120 per box.
